What Success Looks Like in Your First 90 Days
Hands-on expertise: Confidently assisting operators and handling materials with precision.
Team integration: Collaborating seamlessly with coworkers to hit production goals.
Safety first: Demonstrating consistent adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
Ownership mindset: Taking initiative to keep the work area clean, organized, and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
Assist roll former machine operators with material handling and basic production tasks.
Load and unload metal parts for the powder coating line.
Perform general duties such as cleaning, organizing, and preparing materials.
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and teammates to keep operations running smoothly.

Previous experience in manufacturing or general labor is a plus but not required
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Pay: $18–$20, based on experience
